Earn a ticket. Everyone Presents: Cong: 23-25th November 2018
It seems one of the most common outcomes of communication is misunderstanding. Being misunderstood happens more frequently then we perhaps are aware of and is a cost to businesses!
Traditional conversations tend to be defined by what we tell rather than what we ask. Yet my coaching experience has taught me that what builds a relationship, what solves problems and what moves situations forward, is asking the right questions.
For an innovative approach to conversations, I propose a shift in our paradigm – to enhance our relationships lets adopt the ABE of Conversations; the WOW of Enquiry and the PEP Talk!
